Default Screamin Demon ignition

I have been thinking about installing the Screamin Demon kit sold on quadratec. I drive a JK with 112,000 miles (daily driver) that I bought used 2 years ago. I have read that changing out the stock wires too soon might cause misfire. Question is , is it time to change out the wires?

Factory maintenance interval shows to swap plugs and wires at 102k or somewhere close, so you are ok to swap them.

As far as new wires causing a misfire- that seems incorrect. Typically new wires won't cause the issue unless there is operator error.
