Default seat options

Hey guys looking for help with a new seat. I have a knee injury/hamstring issue that is long to explain. Basically the hump at the front of the seat (I drive a 2012) that lifts the knee up basically makes my knee flame up after driving for about an hour. I'm trying to accommodate this issue so I can avoid having my kneecap and bone fragments from an accident removed. I'm looking for a seat that is either flat where the knees are or has a downward slope(even better). I know it's hard to explain I can try to take pictures. I've looked at some racing seats corbeau etc and they look promising but wanted to know if there was any other suggestions.

Put a donut on your seat so that it levels out your legs. Or sow some foam underneath a seat cover for the same result. I think it would be cheaper and easier to lift yourself up to the lip of the seat than to buy a whole new seat.

trying to find one that doesn't suck is hard. There are different levels of firmness and they don't line up exactly. I've already put $80 into working with them and I'd rather just move to a new seat. Plus had a girl I was taking out ask me why I had the grandpa pad...she was a B though. All this because when I was 11 I didn't tell my mom about a bike riding accident I had because I was grounded and snuck out to ride my bike.
