Yeah I know you said you had tried the Synergy but wasnt sure if it was maybe just an issue with your particular set up so i thought i would get some more opinions. Its going to have to be RSP apparently.

I have the Synergy one and a Metalcloak Track bar. It works fine with this combo.

I do have very slight spring contact (MC 3.5" coils) at full stuff and the flat on the sway bar needed to be extended to clear the bracket.

I would go with this one again...

Got any pics of the issue?

Is there any way to grind or modify to avoid contact?

I had the same issue, but I couldn't solve it.

Do not grind the coil though.

I'm not quite sure why people avoid the RSP brace? It fits and works great.

Also, I had an issue on the Synergy brace where the track bar hole was about 1/4" off. That's another not uncommon issue with them.

Correct! I did round the sharp edge of the brace some and it helped on the spring rub, but it isn't fully gone. I will try to grab some pictures of this and the sway bar mod tomorrow.

I didn't avoid it... I just didn't know about it when I purchased the Synergy one. My Trackbar hole lined up but I have heard of this being an issue as well. I do tend to stick with what I know though...

If i can run the synergy that would be preferable. Thanks guys!
Like the guys here are saying there can definitely be some contact with the coils depending on the OD of the coil and the wire size used. We have seen the best luck with the RSP sector shaft brace in the past.

I know - I just like the idea of having the tb brace.

I'll likely end up going with RSP as well just to be safe.

Running synergy sector shaft/track bar brace and MetalCloak Trackbar on 3.5" lift. Only difference is I've got Artec high steer kit. No contact on mine. Works great.
