Default Serious problem please help!!!!

OK, what is goin on here? I just got my new 2-door JK and love it but with only 450 total miles and only 2 weeks old im beginning to have second thoughts.

As im driving down the road accelerating through the gears normally the throttle just suddenly sticks wide open like 6 grand....weird. What the hell is goin on. This has happened more than once. Today was really bad and its intermittent sometimes it happens sometimes it doesnt. Its stuck wide open by itself and for me to get it to idle back down i have to pump the gas peddle.

I need some opinoins has anyone else experienced this any ideas as to what is happening?

x2 to the dealership, have you looked around gas pedal to see if you can see anything ? Look at it like this , it's probably broken in now, sorry not funny.

this thing has tons of moving parts, something can go wrong easily and be an easy fix. You have 450 miles?? Thats nowhere near the time you need to know if you want to keep this Jeep or not. Obviously your still under warranty so get that thing back there ASAP and get it checked out

x1000000 on the dealer, it sounds like the computer lost its mind for a sec. Hopefully they will be able to duplicate the problem or it spit some codes out when it did it.

Wink good luck

Get it to the dealership and have them look at it... That is not how a Jeep is supposed to act, once they fix it I am sure you will love it, it is just the Jeep being stubborn to a new owner

And keep us posted!!
