Default Serious problems after adj arms install!!!

Installed adj arms on my jeep today. Went by the length stated and my castor falls writhing lifted specs. I'm having some, bis issues.

First my rear springs look like an S and hit the rear track bar. I know this is common and have already ordered the jks perch relocation kit

2nd - the sway bar end links are now at a huge angle and hit the axle and bump stop extensions.

3rd- the track bar relocation I have had forever is coming in contact with my drive side, rear shock.

Are you axles centered in your wheel wells? If you have your arms adjusted wrong it can pull the axles forward or push them backward and you castor would still be ok.

Usually the measurements they give you are just starting points. Sounds like you might need to take them back in a bit.

How about a clear side shot of the pinion angle.

Looks like the axle could go back a bit more. Your pinion looks pretty good. Move your sway bar back on the frame side. New lower shock mounts that stick out towards the back more.

So just move everything out of the way? None of my,buddies have had these problems and their rear axles set perfect in their wheel wells. What gives,on mine

When you move your axle back you will run into these problems. Thats why the RK X factor lifts required us to re mount our sway bar back an inch due to the axle moving back. Not every Jeep is the same and it could be POSSIBLE your buddies Jeep are not set up correctly. Sounds like the new spring perches will take care of the coil hitting the track bar issue and i myself plan on going that route too. Luckily my springs are not hitting the track bar so i can get away with it for a little while but still dont like the bow in the springs.

Also look at getting a different rear track bar bracket. That could help with your shock and bracket clearance issues. It could be that simple. When you piece together lifts you will run into more problems like this and will have to figure out what works with what. Changes will have to be made. Thats why i went with all RK when it came to my lift.
