Default Seriously, what brand lift should I get

I got all these 4x4 shops telling me different things. I just don't know which brand to go with. They all say one brand or the other is the best. I do go offroad, but my rubi is also my daily driver. I just want something tough offroad, but nice onroad that won't give me the freaking death wobble like my last JK had.

They all say don't listen to the guys on the boards, but geez, you guys are driving jeeps every day like me.

2009 4 door Rubicon.

I want to put at least 35s underneath for now with the option to go to 37s later.

I do take it offroad. The guy at the shop I just left swears by Skyjacker. He has been in business for 22 years and has a great rep around here, but my last JK had an early JK Skyjacker lift and the death wobble from hell.

Mine, too, is a daily driver. I wanted a mild lift, so I went with the RC 2.5" coil lift. Nice quality for a cheap price. Stiffer than my stock X, but feels so much more capable on the trails. Only paid $340 shipped directly from RC.

x2 on that.
Noone is better for feedback than this forum full of experienced jeepers. We aren't salesmen. We don't care which you choose, it's up to you! We just want to help, and we actually use and self install the products.

I recommend Teraflex. Great product, great service.

Call Dave at Northridge4x4.com.

Yeah, I have to have a shop do it. I know I can't pull it off by myself.

Would you stick your finger in a light socket after you already got shocked once? That shops probably got a deal with skyjacker or something, go someplace else or install it yourself. Keep it premium and go with one of teraflex or full traction's 3'' systems. You'll clear 35's fine and just upgrade the springs later if you want 37's.

Please don't go with Skyjacker. That was what I had on my jeep originally and had nothing but issues with it. The system was not very well engineered and caused breakage.

I now have the Full Traction Long Arm kit and could not be happier with it. Very well made.

Let me know if I can help out. Just give me a call, no I do not push TeraFlex down customers throats. Look at what you get from Brand A vs. Brand B and understand the differance in parts/brackets/arms/ bushings etc...
