I have had one for awhile but never messed with shift points yet. Is there a good thread somewhere to walk me through changing shifts points. I know how to do it but don't know where to set them !!

when you adjustfor your gears and tire height, it will adjust shift points or are you wanting to use the custom shift point tune?

I always see people talking about adjusting shift points I just thought maybe they adj shift psi or adj rev points something to that nature.
I have messed with all the octane tunes and towing ect ect I thought maybe people have gone in and adj more custom settings

ah, well depending on your model jeep, there is an option to further tune shift points. it's in the beginning screen under custom or advanced. I'll need to plug mine in to remember.
they supposedly have safety factors to keep you from toasting your tranny but not a chance I'm willing to take....

Also if you select Tow tune or the higher octane, I believe they adjust the shift points differently than the normal tune

Ok so probally majority of the people are referring to is adjusting shift points is just going to a tow tune or a octane tune than.
Ok that's understandable. Yeah I rather not mess with anything if I didn't need to
