Kinda need to know what happened. was it a violent uncontrollable shaking that only goes away if you stop, or a shimmy that self corrected?

More often than not true "Death Wobble" is caused by loose components, and usually it is an improperly torqued trackbar.

It is NOT a bad steering stabilizer before anyone starts that line of bologna. Myths About Steering Stabilizers. If your Jeep is functioning properly you actually dont need one at all. (Nice to have as it dampens vibrations but it does NOT cure them, it will only hide the problem which will eventually surface again & most likely worse as it was left unchecked.)

Speed related shimmies are almost always tire/balance related.

That's death wobble. It's even more fun at 70 mph. Ask me how I know!

Check the torque on your front track bar first.

I had the same thing happen and it was because my tires were underinflated(because someone, uhhmmm, forgot to air back up after wheelin).
