Default Shock Boots? Gear Upgrade/change

well im about to install my new teraflex 2.5in coil/shock lift.. im not sure if i should use shock boots.. from what i understand they tend to retain water..? but in turn they tend to lengthin the life span of the shock..? sooo ya, thats why im not to sure b/c the whole retain water but length life does not make much sence to me... any suggestions on what to do.. go with or without them?

second including the new lift comes the new wheels and tires.. im gonna be running true 33's and was wondering if re-gearing is a need? i hear that a lot of people do when they upgrade to bigger tires? if you sugggest that i do, what gears should i go to.. i believe i have a Dana 30.. also when doing a differential change, what is a good oil to use when changing fluid? thanks!

its not 1991. skip the boots. unless you have a time machine and a truck with 18" of lift and 8 shocks on each corner. then get some neon green boots and be happy.

If it didn't come with a tow package you should have 3.73s for that year. If it did come with a tow package I believe you will have 4.10s.

My 07 had 4.10's, no tow package, it was the 24s package.
