Default Shock Help

I need to pick up and install shocks today. I installed a 2.5 BB on my dads car yesterday and now need to buy shocks. i was looking at the TF 9550 b/c with boots they are $63 ea.

My question is ... Are OME or Bilstein worth $80-82 ea. My dad jeeps is going to be 99% on road but will be going on the beach a couple times a summer.

The OME is a smooth-riding shock. I wouldn't let a $20/shock price difference drive your decision. I can't speak to the others, but I really like my OME shocks. Plush yet controlled.

$80 at least for me, is a lot of money for no noticeable difference. I would personally go with the Teraflex shocks. They are a site sponser, they look through the threads all the time and I personally know that their customer service is very good.

Thanks for considering TeraFlex 9550's. FYI none of our shocks come with shocks boots anymore.

Shock boots were a fad anyway I need to hit you guys up for a replacement shock sometime soon. Sliding off of one big rock into a only slightly smaller rock equals blown shock for me!!
