Top front shock goes to 17 ft lbs and bottom is 56 ft lbs.....as for steering, seems that it varys from Jeep to Jeep. Some need to be recentered and some don't.

It may not NEED to be recentered but it would drive me nuts having the wheel not re-centered properly. Have it done when you take it in for your alignment.

the wheel looks perfect.. when driving straight, the wheel looks center.. also how would you torque the upper shock nuts using a torque wrench.. theres no room for it with a socket.. do they make a actual wrench to fit in there that has different torque pounds on it..?

Well brother - if it looks perfect - it's centered.
