Default Shock "leaking"

I am runnibg the FT 3" lift with M-force shocks. I have never broken a shock before so I am curious about something. The shock is mounted with the shaft down and there is definately fluid seeping out of the shock body and running down and dripping off. Is my shock busted or is this from over flexing or what? It looks to be structurally sound but im not sure. Also, is there any kind of warranty on the seals in these shocks? I have them less than a year

I too have this Problem with the Rear Shock (1), It's only been on the Jeep for less than 4 Months. So I bought a new one from Northrigde, and hopefully when I send the faulty one back I'll get refunded!!!
