Default Shock question HELP

I'm looking at buying some 5100's off of another member on here. He was using them with a 3.5" Rock Krawler lift. I only have a 2" spacer. Will these still work, or will the shock be too long?

Thanks

The problem will be when you offroad and over extend and your coil drops out. You could also bottom out shock depending on how much isn't compressed and last but not least, mess up or break brake line when over extending and not having extended brake lines

Find out if they are the 2-3" shocks or 4-5". If he doesn't know, try getting part number and look it up

That's the only 2 sizes for 5100s

Husker is right. You want the bump stops to limit the suspension travel, not the shock. Those are great shocks!
