Default shocks

I have spent close to 2 hours in the last couple days trying to find the colapsed and extended length on the OME LT shocks. It HAS to be one of the best darn kept secrets out there next to the KFC chicken recipe.

I have the shocks that came with the 2" lift kit and need longer,,, I'm told the OME LT shocks is what I need but I want to know the length differances between the 2 before I fork out the cash... Does anyone know? Or know where to find this info?

Yes, those are the OME LTs. Found it on Northridge4x4's original post on the OME LT shocks when he first introduced them.

And I was searching the web trying to find the info LOL,,, should have just searched here,, what was I thinking.

That sound perfect. My rear shocks are stretched to 24" just sitting. I can lay down and push up on the bumper and make the top out with about 1 inch of play.... not good. So the LT should give me 3 more inches. That should be fine don't ya think?

You also need to check compression. You need to cycle the suspension on complete flex, measure distance to bumpstops, then order shocks.

Properly, at a garage lift (if you have a mechanic friend). With the lift, you can fully max out and take proper measurements.
