Default Which shocks?

I'm going to get a set of 2.5" rough country or tera flex springs, but need some suggestions on good shocks. Any help is appreciated.

I just put rc 2.5 bb and just used extensions and rides like stock. May get some just before I put the 35s on when tread wears down next year.

I thought about that, but I figured I may as well replace the shocks now instead of having to do it down the road when I need new ones.

I have OME nitros sport and i am very pleased!!!! A little stiff, but they perform well on and off road. I think in this price range the only ones better are bilsteins. I have driven a jk with bilstein and when i need new shocks i will buy bilstein!

I've been running OME Nitro for a year and I love them. I have an RK lift coming, though, and they recommended Bilstein.

Yeah everything I've read says bilstein is the way to go. A lot of great reviews.

Any reputable brand should be good. I have had the OME nitro's since i put my lift on two years ago. I just dont like how they are yellow and my jeep is red. All my jeep buddy's gave it the name of ketchup and mustard. I will paint them one day.
