Default which shocks for full traction 3" lift?

well I have finally saved up and bought me a lift kit. I purchased the Full Traction ultimate 3" lift. i ordered it over the phone from 4wd.com and the guy recommended pro comp mx6 shocks. Others on here as well as full traction themselves recommend Bilstein 5100s. I have been saving up for this kit since i bought my jeep brand new in 2009 so money is a big issue here. i want to hear from others with this kit about what they use. What is the most economical and what is the biggest, baddest and best.

I've ran the MX6 shocks on our lift. Its a nice riding shock and you will be happy with it. I personally like the bilsteins.

I ahve the same lift and I use the 5100s. I had the cheaper Pro Comp shock before and did not like it. never ahd the MX6. I think most would respond with teh 5100s. Enjoy

thanks for the info everybody. i was looking on 4wd.com and a set of 4 bilstein 5100s (http://www.4wd.com/prodDetail.aspx?p...hockingBIL5100) run $50 bucks cheaper than a set of 4 mx6s (http://www.4wd.com/prodDetail.aspx?partno=ShockingMX6). so what i guess i'm trying to say is, is the $50 well worth it or are they about they same?
