I have the 2" front and 1" back leveling spacers on my JKU and was looking into getting better shocks for overall use, it is my DD so i want something forgiving and better from the stock ride.
I was looking into Rancho RS9000 and Skyjacker Nitro Shock... anything else out there for only 1.5?
please help.

Yeah actually, check into the Old Man Emu's also.

 

I've read nothing but good things about the OME units. The Bilsteins also. I believe they both make models for the 0"-2" lift range which would work fine for your leveling kit.
