Default Short arm vs. long arm

I'm trying to decide if I wanna upgrade to a long arm system or to go with a short arm system. My jeep is my DD so I still want the ability to have a comfortable on road performance while maintaining its offroading abilities. For short arms I'm looking at the currie enterprise 4" for long arms I'm looking at the trail master 4.5" stealth kit and the full traction 4".

If anyone has any advice or could tell me the benefits of either system I would appreciate it.
