Should I wait until after breakin before doing mods?

Should I wait until after breakin before doing mods?
I'm specifically referring to installing a airaid CAI and a magnaflow exhaust. Do I need to give the computer and engine some time to breakin before adding these? The same goes with larger tires.
What's the minimum amount of miles? Thanks!

I kind of figured that. What sucks is that I'm just going to be in Phoenix for a week to pick up the Jeep and get all the goodies before driving it back to Mazatlan. I'm going to have to drive the heck out of it that week to rack up those miles.

i dont want to wait but I think ill put around 1000 miles on it stock just to see taht its not a "lemon car" then mod the hell out of it
