Default Shrockworks mid-width & which winch?

I read somewhere that the shrockworks bumper was built with the Warn PowerPlant in mind, and was curious how thats effected how other winches fit.

Do all Warn winches have the same bolt patterns? Leaning towards the Warn 9.5ti, but curious to what others are using with similar setup.

What are you running with your Shrockworks and did you have to modify anything to mount it? Pics would be great too!!

go here: shrockworks dot com and check it out for yourself...it list every winch that is compatible and those that are not.

Oh hell I'm bored here ya go...

Winch compatability: All of the winches listed on our www site will fit. MOST winches b/t 8000 & 9500 will fit. Known exceptions: Warn 8275, Superwinch EP & EPi, any worm gear style winch (these are typically industrial winches such as the ramsey RE 12000 and look very different from normal winches) The Tmax short-drum comp winch and the Warn 9.0RC will require re-drilling some holes. The Ramsey short-drum comp winch will bolt up w/o any mods.

That Shrock will mount ANY winch....the Power Plant is pretty much the monster of winches for size, so if the PP fits, ANY other winch will too....as winches typically use standardized mounting brackets/hole spacing.

Some require a few tweaks.

If I remember correctly the plate had several different holes that I'm guessing are for different bolt patterns. I believe the only one that anyone has had problems with is the Superwinch epi9000 (or whatever the model is called).

I just installed the Warn Power-plant on the Shrockworks mid-width. They put forth a lot of thinking into making that winch work. It went in with out a hitch. With the winch tray sitting down in the bumper the Power-plant doesn't look like a monster, but looks really good. I had looked at some of the other winches but got a very good deal on this one so...

Nice!! Thanks for the pic.

How do you like your DynaPro's? So far I love mine, but have yet to due any real off-roading. The winch will pretty much ease my mind a bit and I should be on the trails soon.

I sent a note to Shrockworks asking specifically about the Superwinch EPi 9000 and was informed it would fit into the Mid Width bumper. The issue is that I will need to drill new holes 3/4" closer to the driver side of the winch plate. just recieved that info. back today.

Anybody have any idea what keeps the Superwinch EPi winches from fitting?

I'd buy one of these if my winch fit!
