Just wanted to give everyone a heads up here. If you order a stubby front bumper from shrockworks, make sure and make up your mind on whether or not you want the winch hoop.

I didnt order it with one (ordered the bumper through Northridge4x4) but then decided that I wanted one and that I would just weld it on myself.......So I called up Shrockworks to see how much it would be. Well to add it to a bumper when you order it, its $75.00. So I figured that it would be less since the labor isnt there for welding it on. Well I was wrong. Its still $75 plus shipping........So I guess im just going to make my own out of 1 3/4" since thats the biggest die I have. I wanted the 2" like they make........but I aint paying 75.00 for it now.

So the moral of the story is: Make sure you get exactly what you want the first time..........

 

At least you'll have a one off! Do something a little different with YOUR hoop

 

Yeah, I may do something a little different..........maybe a small stinger

 

I'd be interested to see the Shrock bumper with the MORE bumper style hoop
