Default side rail protection

has anyone seen , or have a pic of a mod to protect/cover the area when your soft top or hardtop is off , the bare paint area or "bed rail " top side of the jeep ? when people climb over the edge to get in the back it takes a beating .

You could mask it off and hit it with some bed liner. Would hide any scratches and provide some traction.

I used the roll on type on my old YJ tub, came out fine. Would probably be easier going that route, less to mask anyway lol.
