Default Simply lift help

I'm wanting to lift my stock Sahara 1" just for looks and was wondering what will be the cheapest end simplest route to go. I have seen the BB's and they look like they just install at the coils but I'm not really sure.

Also with a 1" lift will I have to get new new shocks, bump stops, etc and recenter my steering wheel?

The bad part about body lifts is the gap it leaves between the body and bumpers, dont really want that.
