Default Skid Plates

Could someone suggest some good skid plates. I'm new to my jeep and not sure what the best to go with. Do i buy all individual pieces and put them on? Is there a full kit i can buy? I figured this would be the best place to ask. I have a 2010 2door Rubicon.

Do something with the oil pan and the evap can. The factory skids are pretty good otherwise.

I have 50,000 miles on my JK and have been to Moab and the Rubicon trail the last 2 years plus numerous other wheeling trips. No damage except for abused skid plates. I know plenty of other people who run with stock skids. Granted, I do have 37" tires but, I wheel hard.

You can go overboard with the skid plates, just depends on what you want to do.

We put Riddler Diff covers on right away and got the same rock rails you have.

We have a 2 door with the skid row oil pan and trans cover. Works great. Also have an evap can skid, never thought I'd need it and had it on a week and banged the devil out of it. Worked fine.

Last year I added some lower shock mount skids as I found I was wearing out the stock mounts.

Thats been enough to do some fairly serious rock crawling in the Rockies for the last three years.

There's always river raider.. They have a full skid system for about 800. i hear it gives you a half inch or so more ground clearance than stock skids.

I have the river raider setup, it gives about 1 1/2" more clearance than stock. Also a nice flat bottom to slide over stuff. I do have an unlimited though and drag my belly more than a 2 door.
