Question Skyjacker 4"

I'm just wonder who is running the Skyjacker 4" suspension? I've installed one on my JK 2dr and I was hoping to run the stock rims with GY MT/R's 305/70r17. I haven't installed the new tires yet.

So far, I have installed the lift and I have trouble with the rear swaylinks contacting the rear tires.

will anything else rub before I decide to go with new rims or with wheel spacers?

figured out the rear links, I mounted them out board instead of inboard on the sway bar.

they still look pretty close to the tire.

anyone?

SEARCH! You need spacers and bigger tires.

I'm running the 4" lift, no clearence issues...but my wheels have 5.25" backspacing as opposed to the 6.25" of the factory wheels.

I did a search, it didn't work very well at all. I have the bigger tires. I would rather not run spacers.

thanx for the back spacing info BLKLRUBI, thats what I was looking for.

I'm runnin spacers at 140 miles a day 4 days a week with no problems so don't be scared to run them!!! They are no different than an offset rim just make sure everything is torqued and retorqued properly. Trust me, I ran an automotive repair shop for 9 years and yes we did tires!! You will have no problems with a quality spacer!!!

Your welcome, and let me correct myself when I said "no clearance issues". There are none aside from the fact that in a servere turn, the tire scrubs that stupid plastic air dam/skid thing, which is a given if you look through these threads. I plan to trim it anyway before it hits the trail. No biggie.

When you get the spacers on you should be fine.
