as mentioned, if you are using cam bolts to set your caster, you might want to have them tack welded in place. the forces being placed on them will cause them to loosen up. if you are not using cam bolts and just have loose bolts in general, pull off your control arms and check the bushing for cracks. i personally know several people with sj lifts and ALL have blown bushings. blown bushings will put a lot of force on your bolts and just like cam bolts, will cause them to come loose.

Are you able to get pics of the bolts that are coming loose? If the control arms are not adjustable I would bet that who ever installed the lift used cam bolts and them becoming loose is a common thing. See if you can get the installer or someone to tack weld them in place, as recommended above.
