Thumbs down Skyjacker sux.

I have the 2 1/2" suspension lift and need the brace that goes between the pumpkin and the extension for the track bar. They wouldn't send it directly to me because I didn't purchase the kit. I got the shop that installed it call and the jerks wouldn't send it to him either because they couldn't find the original invoice! WTF? What do I do now? I don't really want to weld any more on the obviously weak axle. The owner of a local Jeep shop tole me that.

Is the brace something that you have to pay for or will they send it to you free? Also do you know if the track bar bracket they ship now is different from the ones having problems or are they all having problems? Thanks

TF sounds like the best idea.

I have or will have the same kit next week. I ordered the TF bracket for the rear so lets hope it works with no problems. I haven't heard of any yet and TF makes solid products so all should be well.

why be so cheap and use braces or brackets. spend some cash and get adjustable track bars.

YOU WANNA PLAY YOU GOTTA PAY!

I don't want an adjustable bar because it won't be parallel to the ground. Or does it not matter?

Yes, and no. My personal opinion is that the "ideal" setup would have both a bracket (to achieve a more "linear" suspension cycle) and an adjustable track bar (for precise centering and better articulation). Either one will work acceptably on it's own as long as it is designed properly.
