Question Skyjacker track bad bracket problem.

I don't seem to be getting anywhere trying to get the bracket. I called Skyjacker and they told me to get my dealer to get it. I went by 3 and a half weeks ago and gave them the info. I'm still waiting to hear form them. I found out what shop did the work and talked to them today. They wanted to know the part number. The bracket goes between the extension and the pumpkin. Here's a pic of mine.

My rear track bar bracket actually broke, but luckly, I did not get the same "run-around" problem on getting the replacement part. I went to the shop that did the install, showed them the break, and they called up SkyJacker and, after about 45 minutes to an hour, I had an answer that the part was goign to be over-nighted to the shop. And, as a matter of fact, the new bracket was at the shop the next afternoon.

Have the shop manager call SkyJacker directly and say that you need the part ASAP. I will try to find my invoice and see if I can locate the part number.

Ty...

X2. this is what I did. If you don't want to go that route, call skyjacker and tell them that your bracket broke and you heard they had a fix that wasn't included with YOUR kit, then mention something about lawyers, I'm sure they'll get one to you ASAP.

The rear bracket that you are looking for is part number JKBRC15 (Skyjackers Part Number).

Wow, that back end is starting to look really busy. But, by the looks of it, it seems like it should hold everything up, and not tear the original bracket off.

It's nice that they came up with a solution for it.
