Default Smitty bilt bumpers

Hey y'all just wondering what ur thoughts are on smitty bilt bumpers? Are they good or crappy? Do they rust? All thoughts in it please help?

For the price ,they are good beefy bumpers. Depending on which one you choose i'm sure you'll be happy. Think about what you want and what you will use it for. I got the base model bumper and within a year I had modified it to my final use & purpose... Stubby w/ Trail Stinger.

for the price, meh, you get what you pay for. they have a nick name as shiitybuilt. however, i like the pricing on their front xrc bumper.

They look good as far as styling and they are solid and strong bumpers. The welds overall (on the ones I've seen) are shitty, uneven, and with gobs of welding splatter that wasn't cleaned up prior to powdercoating. Too bad they don't pay a little better attention to that since that was the only thing I didn't like about them. My Rugged Ridge bumpers don't have that problem. The welds are way nicer.
