I was having an issue with my tire swing on my SRC bumper so I called Smittybilt and talk to a customer service rep named Erik. I was very impressed with how fast and easy to work with the customer service is at Smittybilt. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and is shipping me a part to fix my issue. I will continue to use Smittybilt. I wanted to share this with you guys.
