I used mine as a Hi-Lift point just the other day, worked great to rotate tires.

Nah they only mount on one way. Check the rugged ridge ones, I think you can mount them either way for protection and as a step.

here is the passenger side. it fit. it was just a struggle. the bolts did not line up due to the body mount cut out not being machined enough. A little persuasion with a rubber mallet and some elbow grease and it was finally in. however the passenger side is about a half inch higher and a quarter inch closer to the body... both sides are seated well so its not that. they still look great and I will be testing them out next week. for the price... im content.

Not sure why someone said these things flex alot because I am about 225 lbs and I can hop up and down on these without them moving at all. They did require a tad of dremmel grinding on one end not wanting to fit around the body mount but that was cake. For the money, you can't beat these things. Look great as well. Pics to come when I get some daylight and time.

I've had mine on for 2 weeks now (4dr). I landed on mine pretty hard this past weekend and they held up great. Received a lot of compliments on the "look" of the rails and as someone mentioned above, you can't beat them for the price.

about how much did you dremmel off? the body mount was def a problem with mine. I think im going to try and dremmel some off since it was such a pain to put on. part of me just wants to make it fit right instead of forcing it... and i agree, they seem pretty bomb proof.

I took a very minor amount off the opening. Less than a millimeter was all that was needed. If you got yours on with a bit of force than that is all you would need as well. The only other issue I had was I could not get 1 of the 4 nuts back installed (on each side) because the clearance was too tight to allow the nut to begin threading on one of the bolts. I simply used a bench grinder to remove most of the flared lip on the nut to allow that added clearance needed to begin threading the stubborn ones on.
Here are the results of last nights wrenching.

As you can see they sit DEAD EVEN to the body. Completely straight. Overall the tweaks were completely easy to do and I have almost come to expect them in many of the aftermarket mods I undertake.

so after a bunch of grinding and adjusting... it's still a little off. the grinding helped a bunch with clearing the body mounts however the passenger side still doesnt look right. I took it off and compared it to the driver side and the bars did not seem to be true. It kind of had a mild twist. I guess i am just going to have to bash some rocks with the driver side to even them out.
