Was wondering if there was anyone out there who has modified their stinger bumper....I'm considering cutting the stinger off it and just using it as a stubby bumper as I've grown tired of the stinger look.

If so what exactly did u do where the two holes are going to be where I cut the stinger tube?

If there any pictures out there that would be great too!

I really like the actually bumper part of it. I think it would look great as a stubby without the stinger.

Plus I hate to have to unmount the winch. Maybe I could could just sell it with the winch already attached! Just get a whole new set up.

I cant right now, as I just took it off my '08, which I'm selling and have it in my brother garage. I was just gonna put it on my '12 but I'm waiting for the Or Fab relocation bracket.

Now I decided I want another bumper.

I think it's a good lookin stinger. I'm just tired of it and the wife hates it and Im really tired of hearing her.

 

If your just looking for a change, you could prob have someone cut it short and use a piece of the cut piece to make a bull bar.

 

I just bought this bumper. I call it my bona bumpa. For obvious reasons.
