Smittybilt XRC rock guards with step
Has anyone ordered or installed the new Smittybilt XRC rock guards with the step? I can't find what they actually look like anywhere. Every single place that sells them has the wrong picture for it.
Thanks. |
I don't have the XRC but I have the SRC and love them. They have protected me plenty of times.
SRC Rock Siders I know it isn't what your looking for but its another option and some real pictures of them these sliders on my JK. |
The src's are also an option for me, they just appear to hang really low with that third bar. I feel like I would be sliding them over everything.

Alright. I pulled the trigger on these new rock sliders today. Doesnt sound like anyone else has tried them. Im going to pick them up today. Ill try to get pictures up while im getting them on in the next couple days, just in case anyone else is curious about them.

I have them the third bar is higher than the frame, so wont hang you up. They look and work great, and are CHEEP!

My wife hates that I am losing a step, but will love that I am saving my jeep. |
Newbie here too. Looking at trading sahara steps for rubi rails to get me thru next few months. Like the smittybilt gear though. Like to see some pics!

But they would not be the best for extreme rock crawling. I use my JK for adventure and camping, so they are perfect for me, with a lift and 34"s. And they look good too...! |
