The XD addicts 17 x 9 with 4.50 BS will work with 35's but will I have any issues running this wheel with my stock tire (bfg mud 32") and no lift?

Im asking cause I am going to be starting my mods soon and I need to do things in stages. So for now I want to buy the wheels and use my stock tires, I just dont know if Ill have any issues since I dont have a lift yet.

I really dig that wheel. Post up a pic when you do it. I am in the same boat, will probably go 17" wheels and run out the stock tires before upgrading. I would like to see some more pics of this.

Not at all as the stock tires are not as wide as the 35s.

U could also get a set of spidertrax spacers, save the rim money and put it towards tires or more of your mod. Just a thought...

I think the issue will be a 10.5" wide tire on a 9" wide rim. The tire bead may not seat or stay seated very well.

yeah I saw that BFG recommends the max rim size for that tire be 8.5.

However a buddy of mine who worked at a tire center for a while said that the .5 difference shouldnt be an issue with that tire. He said if it were a lower profile tire with less side wall he'd be more concerned about it. Since i wont be doing any significant wheelin til I get my lift and 35's, I think for primarily street riding it should be ok.

My bigger concern was the wider rim and 4.5 BS rubbing on components with out the lift
