I'm not sure what the issue is? If you are talking about the negative camber, that is normal and your numbers are in spec. Camber really isn't all that critical and you won't notice any change in steering unless it is way out (due to a change in scrub radius). A little negative camber is fine and will actually provide a little more cornering traction. With your specs, you should not see any unusual tire wear either.

In summary, you are good to go.

Those numbers are not within spec. Spec ends at -.6° and only ranges by .4°+/-, the camber wear will show up on the insides of tires.

The spec that seems to be stated, needs to be updated. As noted already, most new JKs start life at around -.7 to -.9. That includes my 2013, the Rubicon axles off a 2012 that went on my 2013 and my Dad's 2014. In fact, I can hardly think of a time that I saw an alignment on a JK that fell within spec.

And no, it will not cause inside tire wear. That is still a minimal amount of camber. Having toe off is what will wear tires fast.

The service manual lists the camber as follows:
CAMBER: -0.25° ± 0.37° (-0.62° to +0.12°)

MAX LT/RT DIFFERENCE ± 0.5°

While your figures are out of that range, the amount is so little it will have no ill effect with timely tire rotations.
As stated above, most JKs come from the factory out of spec for the camber.

The verdict via Desert Rat 4x4:

Literally everything checks out. Ball joints are good, axle housing is good, wheel bearings good to go, steering setup nice and tight.

Nothing to worry about for now
