You should be able to run 33's.

No problems whatsoever.. A stock JK can definately fit 33's w/o a lift.. I would however think about investing in a leveling kit.. Not necessary though.. It'll just boost it up slightly and get rid of that nasty rake.. Post pics when you install!!

Don't disconnect or you will rub.
You may still rub anyways Offroad completely stock with 33s.

x2 on a level kit. At full turn you'll hit the plastic skid plate, so remove it. I ran soft 8s for a time. Good wheels.

You will rub w/ 33's & stock suspension when disconnected.. Nothing major though.. Just don't jump too much when you hear that God awful sound!! I have 17"in. Pro Comp 7005 wheels w/ 33"in. Pro Comp Xtreme M/T's and ran that setup with no lift for the past 2yrs. up until last week when I got lifted.. No problems.. You can just trim or take off that plastic "air dam".. I trimmed mine when I got the wheels and chucked it when I installed the new bumper.

The rub disconnected will be enough to rip the flare off. See below and note the steering wheel is barely turned. I tore a piece of plastic off and this was going SLOW to test it.

Again, why/how teraflex will advertise you can run up to a 34" tire on a leveling kit is truly amazing. If I were litigious I'd make them buy me a new flare for the piece that broke off. Fortunately I'm not, but there are others out there who are.

That being said, it is a good kit at a decent price.
