Default Soft Top

Well I probably should have bought a soft top when I got my Jeep, but I didn't and now I want one for the upcoming summer.

Is it best to go with the MOPAR OE one or are there after-market ones that are as good or better? I see that the MOPAR is listed for over $1300 .

Before everyone starts in telling me to go to Craigslist, I already did and there are none to be had anywhere near me .

Also, any pics would be helpful.

Keep on eye on this forum in the for sale section. You should be able to pick up a new one, or an almost new one, for in the vicinity of $500--all parts, door rails, frame, etc. I'll bet you don't go a week before you see one for sale. Do be careful that it will work on your Jeep--there have been some design changes and I'm not certain of model year compatibility. Here's a quick link already ...

Michiguy, I found mine on Ebay for $500 shipped... they were in Cali and shipped it to me in NY. It came in no issues...

just keep your eye out, you will find what you are looking for before the summer arrives.

Although, And I think they are more than $500, If I were to do it again, Id prob go with a TrekTop by Bestop. the stockers leak anyway....
