I have a hardtop 2012 jeep unlimited sport I want to put on a soft top for summer I was looking at the bestop trektop I was wondering if you need an arch bar or what do I need to put it on, I want to know if the top will come with everything to put it on ?

The Trektop NX is designed to be a complete kit to be installed on a Jeep with a hardtop or softtop. They will come with everything you need to install it on your Jeep. The kit will come with all the fabric, brackets and straps to put the top on your rig.

The instructions are super easy to follow and Bestop also has install videos on their website, that will help you if you have any issues. I put one on my 2-door and had it done within an hour or so. Make sure that when you install it, you let it sit in the sun for an hour or so because that will loosen the fabric up and make stretching it over the Jeep a lot easier.

It will fit pretty tight at first, but that is just the nature of the top. Being that is has no bows to support it, it has to fit tight to eliminate the flapping you get with some tops. Give it a day or two on the Jeep and it will be stretched out and easy to work with from then on out.
