Were you rubbing on the front or rear cover? Seems like the issue is more in the front end.

Have JKS adjustable track bars in stock locations. Factory bump stops. Installed 'Solid' diff covers f&r. Rear track bar came in contact with cover at full stuff of r/r tire.
I think if I added 2" additional bump stops it would not hit, but would loose flex
A week later bought and installed Riddler covers, no problems.

Hmm I hope I don't have any issues. I'm running stock trac bars for now.

Minor rubbing on both front and rear diff covers. Very little clearance with the stock bars.

Has anyone who is running stock front and rear trac bars had problems with rubbing with solid covers?

It seems the front cover is the problem. I've heard the relocation brackets keep the bar far enough out that there are no rubbing issues.
