Default Some steering advice.

I've been plauged with steering problems since I installed my lift. Brackets breaking, flexing or coming loose was 99% of the time what caused them. I've never been a believer in drop brackets, or any bracket which increases leverage but not strength. A drop track bar bracket for instance, which mounts to the factory location is giving the axle more leverage to bend or sometimes rip the frameside mounting point off. My solution to this problem was to install a Rustys adjustable track-bar and remove the drop bracket, which firmed up the steering but created loads of bumpsteer. But it was strong, so I ran it for a year, until I couldnt take it anymore.

I ordered Evo sleeves, gussets, draglink flip, aftermarket balljoints, JKS trackbar (Rustys wouldve contacted pittman arm with the draglink flip), and a new mopar pitman arm. I installed all of these parts over the past three days and finally backed it out of the shop this evening.

Wow, and Holy Shit doesnt even begin explain how much better this Jeep rides and handles.

This is mostly due to the draglink flip(and associate dnew hardware) though, and probably a little bit the balljoints.

I seriously recommend this kit for the 4+" crowd out there.

I'm doing pretty close to the same but also adding Reid outter knuckles, big brake kit and a currie draglink
