Yes, you will need either 1.5" wheel spacers or aftermarket wheels with 4.5" of BS.
I am running Rough Country 1.5" Wheel Spacers. They costed me $118 for 4 shipped to my door. Been running them with Zero issues for over a year and +30k miles.
