that orange jeep is one of my fav.

I think that an angled tire carrier inside would give the jeep a whole new look. alot better imho.

I am planning on mounting my 37in in the back as well. Any chance that we could get pics how this was mounted?

If you aheva 35 standing in the back say goodbye to any vision you had.
A 37" tire on a Warn rear bumper with swingout doesnt allow much vision out of the rear view either. With that said, I am not a fan of the LR verion, kit or not. The orange JK is sick.

there is no way around it, if you have a big tire it will take that much space

You could always do what I did. Spare is in the back behind the seat(4dr, 35's). Used 3/4" plywood on top of it. 4x4 post on the corners. cut the post about 2" higher than the tire. Cover top of plywood with carpeting. I even drilled out a hole in one corner that my CO2 tank slides in and get anchored down.

I am in the process of building one for my 2DR JK.The spare (35) is going to be mounted about 12 inches from the floor.
The support for the tire weight is resting in two 1 1/2 tubes that rest in 28"L x 3"D x 1 1/2"W angular (over hardtop sides) fixed with longer bolts insted of the T-30 bolts. Under the angular is a rubber strip to protect the hard top.

How tight is the fit for your spare in the storage compartment? Are you able to have the rear seats up in the normal position? I have a 4dr with 37's. Although I havent tape measured it yet, it appears to be too small of a space.
