Default Spark plug wiring...Mixed up????? Please help.

I recently found out that one of the boots from my stock plug wires was bad and arching to the head...

I just got my new plug wires and for whatever reason got confused when I went to plug them in on the passenger side. The driver's side is clearly marked, but off the distributor the opposite side is numbered "3-1-5"

My question is; what's the order from front to rear on the passenger side? I would THINK it's 1-3-5, but can't figure out why it'd be marked otherwise. Either way...the Jeep is running awful. It's idling very hard...check engine light and all.

I've made something so simple completely difficult.
Please help.

Thanks.

It should be 1-3-5.

The cylinder numbers are as follows from the front of the engine,

1 - 3 - 5

2 - 4 - 6

Coil Terminal Location,

5 - 1 - 3

2 - 4 - 6

Hope that helps.

Wow.

Thanks Pop...I knew it was something right in front of me...

The previous owner WROTE the wrong numbers on the Coil Terminal.

Smooth idle as a result.

Glad I could help. Wish I could say I haven't found myself in the same position, but at least not with the JK yet.
