Absolutely, positively use Loctite. When I installed my spacers, I didn't have enough for the last lug. When I re-torqued after the first 50 miles, the one lug without the Loctite was loose.

Question though...when you have them checked every oil change how does the loctite seal not crack if they retorque them? Do you have to reapply the loctite?

Buy yourself a torque wrench and do it yourself.

I do a five tire rotation about every 2000 miles and I check the torque using 5lbs less. Loctite will dry and crack after a period of time. I remove the spacers, clean the studs with a soft wire brush and reapply about once a year. I also check the torque before and after wheeling along with the track bars, and control arms.

This is correct. Mine don't budge, the loc tire works great.

This, kind of, I have never used it. I check them and have never ever had even one lug loose. I switch them in and out with different sets of wheels.

Do people Loctite aftermarket wheel lugs? If wheels are falling off it isn't because of the lack of Loctite. I'd be willing to bet it's the lawyers that are interested in the use of Loctite more than the engineers.

I actually Never Seez between the spidertrax and rotor surface, makes removal so much easier.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'll still prob take it to a shop near work to have it done. I always loved working on my cars but I have a shoulder problem. The only pain I can justify inflicting on myself is from taking the top and doors off :P. Old man body at 24...
