Torn between either the JKini or SW1 JK-2D TrailMesh or UltraMesh. I still want to catch some rays. I also rarely have people in the back. Help.

Just put mine on yesterday. Originally ordered the ultra and sent it back for trail mesh. Really pleased with the decision and the product overall. If you wheel with an adult in the backseat you might prefer the Jkini to give them headroom.

I got the Spiderweb Shade Ultra Mesh. I love it. you still get all the air and a little sun.

I would cover the back anyway. I wanted protection for the dogs but it will also keep the sun off the cooler, seat fabric, gear, carpet or anything else back there. UV is seriously destructive.

I went with the trail mesh and it is a pretty thick fabric. I have seen some 2 doors on here that bought the 4 door version which covers part of their cargo area.

I'm looking at ordering one of these for my JKUR. I've got a black/black leather so I want to keep the sun off of it. I'm trying to figure out a plan for the dogs though. Does anybody rely on the cargo section to keep them in? I was comparing with Dirty Dog nets but I'm not sure how much room they'd have inside if I net the cargo area in from the roll bars.

I so badly want to like the spiderweb shade but, I just cant get over those gaps on the side. All I can do is picture myself with that little strip of sun coming down on me and pissing me off. I really don't want to pay the significantly higher price of the dirty dawg shade but, know I just wont be happy with the spiderweb shade.
