I would have been willing to wait a few months but I have a feeling in a year switch pros will have a new version that can handle the ARB twin and there might be some nice covers to make the switches look sweet. I'm not willing to wait that long. This is just my opinion. Plus if you look at a sPOD it is nice quality. Doesn't seem anything special online but when I got mine and held it in my hands I was surprised at how nice it was. I'm also not a big fan of having the newest and greatest thing. I like to let the dust settle and let products work out the bugs before I buy them. I don't like being the guinea pig for some company just so I can be the first on the block with the new toy.

I think either way you can't go wrong. IMO switch pros will make a decent splash and then in a year or two sPOD is going to need to drop their prices significantly or come out with something better to compete.

This is why im leaning towards SPOD more and more. Seems like a great product and im sure it will be. To be honest with you i care less about the bluetooth function.

Ditto about controlling my sPOD with my phone, not something I would buy. I don't know anyone who has it. But switch pros you need a way to program the buttons, so they used bluetooth.

There is no "exactly work" for SwitchPro because it isn't designed for the Jeep JK. It is a generic product where it is up to the installer to engineer all those "exactlies". That could be great (customization, flexibility) or not so great (more work, less professional appearance). The closest you could come to an exact install is someone buys one, does all the work, and puts a detailed write-up on the forum. But even then, you might not like where he mounts the controller or such. You're free to adapt his design to your purposes. If doing that level of work is your cup of tea, you should have at it. If not, sPOD is a pretty elegant, turnkey solution.

Ive had the first gen SPOD on my TJ, and have the current version on my JK. My experience with this product is all positive.
If you are having issues reaching John or Cinde to buy direct from them, there are vendors on this forum who can get it for you. I know Northridge 4x4 carries SPODs.

You can buy a ARB pigtail with your SPOD, and it will make hooking up your ARB compressor a breeze.....

Good luck with your build.

Thanks man as this post finally allowed me to make my decision. I am not trying to pay someone for custom work but i want to be able to install it myself and it look professional right out the box which the SPOD allows. Ive installed everything on my Jeep thus far and plan to keep it that way.

Only had mine for a month and love it. Had the ARB front locker adapter as well. Works like a charm. Customer service was great too. Had one bad module and they sent me two new ones in three days.
