spring capacity
Looking at lifts does anyone know the differences in the spring capacity for varying lifts? for example what is the OME heavy duty vs the Ome reg vs rough country vs clayton vs terra flex. How heavy of a front spring do you need for a winch bumper and winch. Check these out you'll see what I mean. These are stock rubicon springs.
I don't know actual capacity ratings per spring per brand but visually most after market springs will be much beefier than the stock springs and able to take the weight of added bumpers, winches and heavier tires. Stock springs are rated to work with the factory weight of the vehicle so any heavy mods will cause them to sag.
Here is a 4" ProComp spring vs. stock. Much beefier: thicker & more coils

With my Currie springs I had to push the axle down so far the stock DS would hit the exhaust crossover pipe and the pipe would move down.
