Default spring spacer question

Situation:
For a short term solution, I am considering putting some spacers in my front to offset the weight of my bumper/winch (eventually getting a proper lift). I was thinking getting thicker spacers to reduce the front rake. Thinking 3/4 inch or so.

Question:
How much higher can I make the front before I need longer shocks?

I am currently using two 3/4" spacers with no problems with the shocks or other steering problems.

I think the 3/4" spacers would do well for you and as Robar pointed out, you shouldn't have any problems.

Just to be certain I understand, I can 3/4 inch higher than stock (compensate for extra weight plus an extra 3/4) without any problems?

Yes. I got my first spacer to adjust the rake then the second after installing a new bumper and winch. I believe there were a couple other members that did the same, at one time or another.
