Default Springs Rubbing Frame when flexing

so took alittle shakedown run yesterday and noticed my springs make a ton of noise, luckily with some fresh paint on them i can see they are making contact with the frame, it just sounds like they are almost not seated and bouncing around sometimes, i have the isolator on top in the same position its always been in and the bottom in the groove on the axle, im running the aev drop brackets till i order front upper and lower adj arms that im assuming will correct my axle position as im sure this is whats causing the rubbing, anything else i should be looking at or possibly do? thanks ahead of time

Do you hear any binding or popping noise(s)? Both my fronts collapsed and were warranty swapped. They were a couple years old at least, when it happened but was somewhat gradual. Noticed when I was disco'd I was leaning (passenger) and always had a hard time re-connecting. They started rubbing the frame real bad.

How much lift ?
Which coils ?
It's hitting both sides? That's odd.
I'm running 3.5 w/ Rancho drop brackets. Coils are no where close to hitting the frame.
Arms will move the axle for/aft, not sure if that will help you.

they are and thats whats making me scratch my head, one side and ok adj the trac bar and good to go, the driver is def more than the passenger but still, they are some older 4 inch fabtech springs i aquired but they work rather well, only reason i say arms may help is maybe my axle is twisted ever so slightly the wrong way and the drop brackets are not doing enough idk im just blabbing off now cause i dont know

Put a angle on either of the two flat circles on each side of diff.
(On flat ground)
Stock should read 2* or 88*

I see three potential issues that can cause this. Control arms would not be one of them.

1. New coils may have a larger diameter. Did you check the width vs the factory?

2. Coils are becoming unseated during full droop. Fix by installing limiting straps.

3. Axle shift at 4" of lift without a drag link flip. A 4" lift that can droop 6" will shift the axle more then an inch towards the driver side. The same set up with a drag link flip that makes the track bar more paralell to the ground will only shift around .5" with the same droop.

Without knowing all the specifics of your jeep and some photos of it totally flexd out it will be hard to diagnose from the info given.
