Default Springs and shocks

Wanting to change my springs and shocks.. Currently have a 4" rough country suspension ... Looking to install new pro comp shocks and springs. Is this a job I can do or does it need to go to a shop?

Its easy. Put the Jeep on some jack stands, disconnect the sway bars and shock, Jack up the axle-push down on one side and pull out the springs.

Pretty much just follow the write-up
